Christmas Drop Cookies -

Drop cookies are usually portioned off by teaspoons, tablespoons or a special cookie dough dipper, usually from one to three ounces. The dough can also be rolled into little balls by hand and dipped in sugar mixtures. For ease of preparation, these doughs can also be refrigerated for up to a week prior to baking or frozen for three weeks.
