Christmas Cookies - Rolled cut-out cookies
One of the favorite cookies during the holidays is Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies - simply because you can shape them, color them and decorate almost any way you please! Even sandwich them, if you like. Little ones have a blast helping to make, bake and create.
When preparing the dough for rolled cookies, we almost always refrigerate prior to cutting - it's easy enough to freeze the dough for a week or two. This way you don't spend days at a time preparing then baking.
